Gary Klein

Gary Klein is a compassionate advocate for individuals injured or wronged by the gross negligence or misdeeds of others, whether they are corporations or institutions.He feels especially protective of the rights of asbestos victims, since they performed heroic work, with the best of intentions, but suffered years later from the misconduct of the asbestos product companies. Mr. Klein has been practicing law since 1988 and has managed the day-to-day activities of New York State’s largest injury law firm.

An experienced and seasoned negotiator, he is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York and before the U.S. District Court in New Jersey and in the Southern and Eastern districts of New York. Mr. Klein studied law at Hofstra University, from which he earned a Juris Doctor degree in 1988. Originally from the Canadian province of Quebec, Mr. Klein is a member of the American Association of Justice, New York State Trial Lawyers Assn., New York State Bar Assn., New York County Bar Assn., Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers, and the Jewish Lawyers Guild.

Sarabeth Kufeld

Sarabeth Kufeld has dedicated her legal career towards looking out for the needs and best interests of the New York area’s senior and retiree population, especially as it pertains to their trusts and estate matters, so they can effectively provide for their spouses and children. Her fiduciary outlook on law has been enhanced by her affiliation with a Long Island accountancy firm, where her knowledge base on tax matters was enhanced considerably, yielding a tangible potential benefit for her asbestos disease clients, who need to know how to manage a sizable verdict or settlement.

Ms. Kufeld was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1983 after graduating from the Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School of Yeshiva University. Her collegiate degree is from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York, where she graduated with honors, majoring in history. Immediately after law school she pursued her passion for literature, as a college-level librarian. She then joined the Trusts & Estates department of the Manhattan-based law firm of Carb, Luria, Glassner, Cook & Kufeld.
